Very well written book that is both interesting and enjoyable throughout the whole story.

This book helps me realized how horrible it is to live with fear for a long time.

I am so sad that this book is over! ??
The beginning was very slow and confusing with so many characters being introduced all at the same time. I just couldn’t keep up with all the different names and creatures, so I struggled with that. But after the first six chapters the pace of the story picks up and then I just couldn’t put the book down! I loved every page from that point on. Circe is the classic underdog that everybody hopes will conquer all in the end. And by everybody I mean the readers because she sure wasn’t loved in this book and I honestly don’t know why! I really enjoyed her journey, her development and the goddess that she became. And the ending... [sigh] spectacular! Even if you don’t know anything about Greek mythology, I still think you should give this book a chance. Just to read about this strong woman who made a name for herself by deciding to stop trying to please everyone. And what woman wouldn’t love to do the same?
